Beginner Pilates Classes

Time / date: Wednesdays 9-10am
Location: Mind Body Balance Academy, 52, Witton Street, Northwich, CW9 5AG
Skill level: Suitable for beginners and improvers
No. of places: 12 maximum
Price: £54 for a block of 6 sessions (your 6 sessions can be used over a 7 week period)
How you can pay: I accept bank transfers or cash paid during the session

This Pilates class aims to help you improve your strength, mobility, balance and coordination, in a supportive and fun environment. With a maximum of 12 participants you will receive directions and modifications tailored specifically to you and the development of your practice.

A fun way to improve your Pilates practice and learn new movement!

Do you want to use your Pilates knowledge and movement skills in a fun and new way?

In this workshop Pilates and mobility exercises are developed in to a flow sequence that will move you away from your mat and across the floor.

Be challenged, gain new ideas and ways to develop your practice.

Work on balance, strength and flexibility.

Free introductory session.

Taster sessions are a relaxed, friendly way to get an idea of the training you could be doing. They allow us to work out what your goals are and what direction we should be developing.

There is no hard sell. I have different clients who have different training requirements, from advanced to beginner. I am flexible to your needs.
