Becoming a client

Choosing a Personal Trainer can sometimes be a daunting process for people. This is my approach to working with new and existing clients.

Fundamentals

In the initial taster session we will chat about your goals and take you through fundamental movements that may improve postural awareness, overall strength and a foundation for safe practice. I will assess what exercises would be beneficial in your program, so you have a program that is tailored to achieving the results you want!

Time to set those goals


Having clear, concrete goals creates results! We will create long term and short term goals, your workouts will be based on these goals and your progression monitored. Having short term goals each week helps keep you motivated, on track and progressing.

Food for thought and thought for food.

Throughout training I can give nutritional advice, helping you achieve healthy eating habits and an understanding of what foods support your body.

Tailor-made packages and programmes.

Building on my experience in dance, Personal Training and Pilates, I can create a tailor made package for you ensuring you get the best results. I regularly access the programs and your progress to keep you progressing and engaged.

Continual training and professional development.

I regularly attend professional development courses and classes in the area of health and movement. In 2019 I up-levelled my skillset further to become one of only a handful of Biomechanics Education’s Coaches in Wales. The knowledge and skills I gain from my development will be passed on to you, ensuring a quality service.

Free taster session.

Taster sessions are a relaxed, friendly way to get an idea of the training you could be doing. They allow us to work out what your goals are and what direction we should be developing.

There is no hard sell. I have different clients who have different training requirements, from advanced to beginner. I am flexible to your needs.
