I am a qualified personal trainer based in Cheshire. I work with you to achieve your goals whether for general health, strength, improving movement or specific movement skills.

Customised bespoke personal training

From strength training programmes to one on one Pilates, from playful movement flows to corporate health and fitness sessions. I offer professional, qualified exercise training services for groups and individuals in Chester and West Cheshire.

I give clients a structured, tailored and varied personal training programme to help you get you the results you want. I am on your side to motivate and support you throughout the training with advice and insight into nutrition, recovery and lifestyle changes.

Personal training sessions take place at the Mind Body Balance Academy, Northwich.

You and a friend

  • Chat about what you want and get clear on short and long term goals

  • Training to suit you - regularly updated. The overall workouts will be the same for both people, but a couple of exercises may be different - as every body is different!

  • Measurements - regular body measurements (optional)

  • Nutritional advice - feedback from food diary (optional) and on going nutritional advice

  • Coaching and support

Free taster session.

Taster sessions are a relaxed, friendly way to get an idea of the training you could be doing. They allow us to work out what your goals are and what direction we should be developing.

There is no hard sell. I have different clients who have different training requirements, from advanced to beginner. I am flexible to your needs.
