I can deliver structured exercise programmes, training schedules and nutritional advice to give real results.
Strength Training
Weight training, fitness and nutrition can bring you the strength, muscle development and results you want.
Pilates and Mobility
A great way to develop core strength and control. Pilates improves mobility and increases body awareness whilst providing strength and conditioning.
Recovery
Sometimes the body needs to rest. Recovery programmes help reduce risk of injuries and help you ‘listen’ to your body, enabling you to achieve better results in the long term.
Fitness Workshops
A great way to learn about health, fitness and nutrition. Structured around your groups needs.

Taster sessions are a relaxed, friendly way to get an idea of the training you could be doing. They allow us to work out what your goals are and what direction we should be developing.
There is no hard sell. I have different clients who have different training requirements, from advanced to beginner. I am flexible to your needs.
